Grigoris started his practice in 1982 and has vast experience in Commercial, Civil, and Administrative Law. He regularly advises clients on complex business agreements and complex public procurement processes.

 

He served as a regular member of the European Committee of the Regions (1995-2002), General Secretary of the Municipality of Athens (2003-2006), was an elected Member of the Greek Parliament (2007-2012), and served as President of the Greek Payment Authority of Common Agricultural Policy OPEKEPE (2013-2015).

George specializes in Corporate, ICT & Data Protection Law. He represents IT companies and corporate clients and has extensive experience handling matters that cut across law and technology. He performs transactional and advisory work on regulatory compliance, complex commercial transactions, and tech procurement agreements.  He advises companies on formation strategy, general day-to-day operations, and financings.
